Asaba – Protesters in Oshimili South, in Asaba, the Delta State capital, has entered their seventh day as protesters blocked strategic entry points in the town, causing major traffic gridlocks.
The protesters in their different groups went about their peaceful rally in strategic parts of the State capital.
INDEPENDENT gathered that some of blocked the popular Interbua Roundabout in the early hours of Wednesday.
Also, another set of protesters who were guarded by men of the Delta State Police Command took to Okpanam, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State during their protest.
When speaking to one of the protesters, Oremire Lucky, he said: “We have no plans to destroy any government buildings of valuables.
